You may opt into SMS messages at any time in your account settings. Navigate to Profile -> Privacy and place a check in the 'I wish to receive text messages' checkbox.
3.2 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time in your account settings. Navigate to Profile -> Privacy and uncheck the 'I wish to receive text messages' checkbox.
3.3 Use & Protection of Mobile Numbers
Fletcher's does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are used exclusively for Fletcher's communications.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share information only as necessary to operate our services:
- Service Providers: We may share limited data (including mobile phone numbers) with trusted service providers who assist us in delivering SMS messages, managing events, or operating our website. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than performing services for Fletcher's.
